Made from solid Brass this oil burner sits heavy in the hand and its beautiful round form is simple and pleasing.  This oil burner remains cool to touch on the outer perimeters making it easy to move while in use.  Essential oils can be added directly to the moat or can float on water in the traditional method.  May also be used for our raw insence The Woods by using a small spoon to put the incense in the moat area.  This oil burner will develop a patina unique to you and how you have interacted with it over time, softening its glow and giving depth and interest. The top section, acting like a lid is lifted off allowing the placement of a tea light candle.  Replace the lid and add water and essential oil into the carved out moat.  When the Oil Burner requires cleaning application of a metal polish, such as Brasso, with a soft cloth quickly and easily cleans the surface.  Cleaning a brass oil burner every so often (twice a year) also brings out its unique character as your own hand movements and pressure over the vessel show over time.
