The Welcome Tea we serve in Savant Apothecary stores. This tea is a liitle tart and very good to cleanse a palate of an unwanted flavour or hydrate a dry mouth. A refreshing flavour of lemon, lemongrass, and ginger made tart with hibiscus and a subtle deeper undertone from sage.  Refreshing on the palette without being too sharp, the herbs of sage and thyme give this blend a nice depth and finish.  Serve warm in cooler times and chill in warmer times for a refreshing palette cleansing tea or mixer for vodka or gin.
